Welcome to 2014 everyone, haven’t
talked to many of you since last year J Hope your
holidays were good and Santa was kind to you. I hate to be the one to be
reminding people of rules, but we got a few that need addressed for the coming
year and I want to let everyone know about them now.
If you’re a tractor puller and you had
caution tape on your steering wheel this past year, you have an issue with
either your hitch or wheelie bars, you need to address them. If you are not
sure about what is wrong get ahold of one of us and we’ll try and help. I’ll
send anyone with questions a copy of the rules. We will be teching tractors at
the scales when they weigh in and marking tractors that are approved so the
track crew knows the tractors have been checked in
In all classes we have a 1 pull per
tractor rule, limit 2 tractors per person. So if you have 2 tractors in 3 plow
new, you can pull both, if you have 3, you can only pull 2
yourself. It’s been in the rulebook for a longtime, we’re just offering
a friendly reminder
Our next issue is the age of
membership, if you’re 18, you’re an adult, so you need
to get signed up on your own. We had some people who mentioned they had to sign
up at 18 and this person didn’t, so I’m just reiterating that point. It really
is a great deal for the whole year, I myself only partake in the show in September, and that is well worth the membership for
that.
